Meet the breeder

I'm Jaime B., the breeder behind Vulpini Arctic Spitz located in Homer, AK. The loyalty and loving disposition of this breed are simply the best! We put all of our effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

Q. & A. with Jaime

  • Why did you start breeding?

I believe there has always been a disconnect from kind, heartfelt pet parenting and elite breeders. Too often, the interpersonal aspect between breeder and buyer is an afterthought. I want to help create this amazing breed while bettering their qualities and fostering education of the pet parents. My buyers know they can always come to me for anything, and that they will always be family to me.
  • What makes your program special?

When we have a female about to whelp, life stops. We are with the dam & babies 24/7 beginning 2 weeks before birth until the babies go home at 10-12 weeks. We incorporate multiple, time-tested rearing methods to create what we call “super-dogs.” AviDog, PuppyCulture, & BioSensor Method are just the beginning. We raise each baby as if they are to become service dogs, so they are prepared for life.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include toy, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include tri-color, silver and white, wolf sable, blue, white, black and white, chocolate, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
