I'm Darla W., the breeder behind Waddell-Kennels located in Sparta, GA. We are a small breeder of Boykins Spaniel and Cocker Spaniel puppies. We breed for temperament, breed standard, and ability as well as to be that companion forever by your side.
Q. & A. with Darla
Why did you start breeding?
It has been my plan for years to start raising a few litters of puppies per year once I retired. To keep me busy and because I really really love puppies. I can play with puppies and have fun then send them home, sort of like grandkids.
What makes your program special?
All our adult dogs were raised inside our home. They are all house broken and sleep in our beds. They are all very special in their own ways, and very loved.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cocker Spaniel puppies include brown and white, brown white and tan, and red and white. Boykin Spaniel puppies include chocolate and liver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Perfectly prepped and ready to snuggle!!
“Jack” our Boykin male was ready to go home with Darla’s dedication and experience it was obvious we made the right choice!
Jack made a super quick adjustment from liter to ownership not to mention his high intelligence, as a past breeder of Labradors we know what it took to produce the puppy we picked up …
Anyone looking is welcome to contact us as a reference ( btw he housebroke in 3 days and hasn’t had an accident since!!)
