Bishop and Henrietta's litter

Shiloh Shepherd
About Henrietta
Henri is a friendly, active, smart, and goofy Shiloh, with one of the most put going personalities we've met in a Shiloh. She is well rounded - she was awarded her 2024 National Select designation this week- as being in the top 12 pointed Shilohs in the conformation show ring. In 2024, she attained her registry championship and ISSDC Breed Championship. But she's not just a pretty face. Henri has passed her CGC with a near perfect score, as well as excelled at her adult Temperament Test and is an official Shiloh Breed Ambassadog. When not being awesome in the show and testing arenas, she's living her best life in Sumner, WA, and beyond. She's visited many state and national parks on her 2 cross country explorations, making friends along the way. Henri is also a sporty girl. She's learning barn hunt, straight line racing, and participates in Toss-N-Fetch and UpDog disc. She took a break for puppies, and we plan to return to disc, barn hunt, add in urban search, shed hunt, and agility. This is Henri's first and only litter. As Shiloh breeders, our dogs are our primary focus, and puppies to improve the Shiloh lines are the next focus. Our goal was to have 3-4 pups of Henri's potentially move into the Shiloh breeding program, and we think she and Bishop may have achieved with this one litter, as they are both overachievers.
Excellent health testing
Excellent level
Wanderlust Shilohs reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Shiloh Shepherds.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
