Why did you start breeding?
After Arco passed away in Nov. 2006, I never thought about German Shepherds again because I believed he could never be replaced. I never bred him and regret it. Then in 2018 when looking to buy a home in McKee KY, I met my first long-haired Shepherd and fell in love all over again. I was finally ready to have another GSD. The excitement was back.What makes your program special?
My goal is to preserve these bloodlines and produce majestic looking dogs for all to love and enjoy.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
