Q. & A. with Wendy
Why did you start breeding?
Purposeful and ethical breeding is so important for the healthy progression of the Alaskan Malamute. These dogs are our passion, and we are devoted to doing whatever we can to preserve, protect, and improve this incredible breed so that it can continue to thrive for generations to come. It's an amazing feeling knowing that we made a positive contribution to these dogs and the families who love them!
What makes your program special?
Our commitment and passion for this breed shines through in every aspect of our program. Our breeding philosophy revolves around the AKC breed standard, genetic screening, conformation, temperament, and pedigree. Each puppy is hand-raised in our loving home, and we also match the puppy's activity level with their new family. We take pride in all of our accomplishments, including, but not limited to: Best in Show titles, Working Group Placements, AMCA National Speciality Winners, Obedience Titles, and Therapy dogs!

“The parents are genetically screened. Puppies have their first shots, are dewormed, microchipped, and receive veterinarian clearance before going into their new home. We do not take deposits. We require a visit to our home, your home check, reference from your vet, etc. to ensure our dogs are in the right home.”
