Wild Night Alaskan Malamutes

Amy N.

Breeder of Alaskan Malamutes

Meet the breeder

I'm Amy N., the breeder behind Wild Night Alaskan Malamutes located in New Jersey. We're a very small program focusing on performance events & beloved companions. Our 3 priorities are temperament, structure, & health.

Q. & A. with Amy

  • Why did you start breeding?

I realized the importance of preserving our breed. I wanted to be able to help continue assuring there will be healthy, sound dogs with fantastic temperament that are able and willing to perform in all activities and still be wonderful pets.
  • What makes your program special?

I follow Avidog’s puppy socialization program and have taken many classes through Avidog. My dogs have multiple high-level AKC performance titles and are also working therapy dogs, visiting local libraries to work with children. My dogs have been thoroughly health screened and deemed healthy/noncarriers. I keep studying developing research to continue to raise the best puppies and dogs possible.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
