I'm Melissa E., the breeder behind Winnie at Haven's Doodles located in Virginia Beach, VA. We're a small in-home breeder. We focus on one litter at a time. Our goal is to breed sweet puppies and set them up for success. We make sure to take our time and do all the health testing before breeding to ensure we breed only the best puppies. Our pups are born in my living room and will stay there until they go home. They are raised around my kids, and get tons of attention! It's a highlight of our year for sure.

What makes your program special?
We focus on one litter at a time. Our goal is to breed sweet puppies and set them up for success. All puppies learn the world is safe, people are kind and dogs are friendly through: *ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation Exercises) *ESI (Early Scent Introduction)
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, red, black, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Melissa

Melissa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $3,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the first set of vaccinations, a microchip, a 2-year health guarantee (with a three-year option), and puppy socialization. The deposit secures the puppy of your choice.”

Contract & health guarantee

Melissa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Melissa offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Melissa directly.
