I'm Carolyn S., the breeder behind Wizbang located in Grants Pass, OR. We are an ethical hobby breeding program with a great amount of education and experience in breeding healthy Russian Toy puppies! We've been producing high-quality pups since 1980. Our priority is to ensure the health and well-being of all our dogs from birth until they leave with their forever family and beyond. Our beautiful pups are sure to make loving companions for your family for many years to come!

Why did you start breeding?
Purposeful and ethical breeding is so important for the healthy progression of the Russian Toy. I strive to not only produce beautiful puppies and continue my phenomenal bloodlines, but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the Russian Toy will continue to thrive for generations more to come!What makes your program special?
My dogs are beloved members of my family first and foremost. As an AKC judge, I study the conformation of each breeding pair very carefully to ensure I am breeding dogs that are up-to-standard as well as have excellent health and temperament. I truly love the Russian Toy breed and am dedicated to looking out for these dogs as a whole. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs!Where do your breeding dogs live?
