Shannon was very responsive even after we brought Sammy home. She is knowledgeable and gives the pups a great solid foundation of basic training before they come home that you can build on. Sammy was crate trained not to potty in there already when he came home which was tremendously helpful to us. His temperament is fantastic. He is playful but also very cuddly. She had him on a great food the vet was pleased with. I just kept that going because Sammy did well with it and the vet said it was a great food for him. Shannon raises the puppies with exposure to kids and people, as well as being brought up in a home environment. I definitely want another puppy from her when we are ready!!
