Wylde Rose Dachshunds

Sharon A.

Breeder of Dachshunds

Meet the breeder

I'm Sharon A., the breeder behind Wylde Rose Dachshunds located in Linn Creek, MO. We raise and love standard Dachshunds. They are raised in a healthy, loving environment. I have bred dogs most of my life and would like to have that special furbaby for you to love. Our Dachshunds are fed the finest food we can find and get plenty of fresh air and exercise.

Q. & A. with Sharon

  • Why did you start breeding?

I owned a mini Dachshund years ago and always enjoyed the breed. I went to a show home and saw the most spectacular black and tan standard female that I had ever seen. I always remember her and wanted my own chance to breed as close to the breed standard as possible. I love breeding beautiful examples of the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

I am building on excellent bloodlines and importing some special dogs from other countries to compliment my breeding program.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
