I'm Barb D., the breeder behind Wyndham Whippets located in Mt Sterling, KY. We have been loving, showing, and breeding Whippets for almost 3 decades. Our dogs excel in the ring and as beloved companions. We are very proud of their accomplishments and those of their puppies. Our goal is to ensure every dog that comes from our program is set up to live a happy and healthy life and is prepared for its future role when it leaves our care. We provide each of our pups with lots of socialization and love, and we are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding policies.

Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with a couple of top winning whippets owned by the Lawrence's, "Starline's Reign On" & "Starline's Chanel". Both have set records that have seldom been touched. From the Lawrence's I was blessed to co-own "Starline's Manolo Blahnik", a Chanel son. He is the foundation of Wyndham Whippets along with "Starline 'N Windborn Uptown Girl.What makes your program special?
Because of the mentorship of Lori Lawrence and Lori Wilson-Paust we have been privileged to have owned superior quality dogs who have excelled in the show ring, agility, fastcat, and dock diving. We health test all of our breeding dogs. But the best part is that we not only feel blessed to have such an amazingly accomplished line of dogs, but have made lifelong friendships with so many of our clients. We've had families come back for their second, third, and fourth whippet puppies.Where do your breeding dogs live?

EJ finished his championship quickly as we expected. He is a handsome dog with great bloodlines. He may well be the best one we have ever bred. We can't wait to see what his puppies will do in the show ring. And I'm sure with his breeding they will be loving family companions as well. As with all of our breeding dogs he is health tested normal for heart and eyes.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
