I'm Sharon S., the breeder behind Yetibear Doodles located in Dillsburg, PA. We are a family business and raise our Goldendoodles in our home. Our desire is to make an impact on the health and behavior of your next potential puppy. Our purpose is to raise healthy, responsive, well-adapted puppies. Our methods include breeding health-tested parents, hand-raising the puppies within our home and introducing training basics to give the puppy parents the strongest start possible. We strive to match you with a puppy that is best suited to be your life-long companion.
Q. & A. with Sharon
Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to do my part to better the breed. My breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the breed while placing an emphasis on producing Goldendoodles of superior health and temperament that will thrive as family companions.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised by our family in our home. We feed, exercise, socialize, train, and nurture them as a team effort. Using ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and use certain Puppy Culture protocols gives them a head start in their socialization. Housetraining begins at three weeks by teaching the puppies to use a litter pan. We have partnered with Bella and Baxter online training and TLC dog food. We offer a two year warranty on the genetic health of your puppy.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Sharon was wonderful to work with. When choosing a puppy, she shared both her insight and multiple videos of the puppies we were choosing between. I wanted our puppy to come home as a surprise birthday present, and she was willing to meet us halfway, at night, just to facilitate the surprise. When we couldn't find the puppy's initial kibble locally, she brought us a small bag of it for free to facilitate the transition, and then sent reminders for the next two days to make sure we signed up for the services we were entitled to. The puppy is settling nicely into the family and is already much loved among our neighborhood children.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
