I'm Shaney Y., the breeder behind Young Farms located in Norris, TN. Our pups are raised and pre-spoiled in our loving home! We enjoy helping add new love and wet kisses to each family! Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

About Jimmy
Introducing Jimmy! Young Farms’ standing (tiny, but mighty) mini poodle stud! Weighing in at just 15 lbs, Jimmy may be the smallest of our pack, but his personality is larger than life. He gets along with absolutely anything and everything. His bestie is Juni B, with our cat Coconut coming in at a close second! Jimmy’s favorite place? As close to you as humanly possible. Personal space simply does not exist in his world. He adores our kids and has been the proud dad to our last few litters!

About Poppy
Meet Poppy Raised right here by us, Poppy is a true part of our program—her grandmother is Finn and her mama is Junie B, making her our third-generation miniature Goldendoodle. She lives in a loving guardian home with my sister-in-law, where she’s absolutely spoiled and pampered just like she deserves. Poppy is the perfect mix of spunky and sassy, yet incredibly sweet. She’s proven to be a wonderful, attentive mama, passing down both her loving temperament and beautiful traits to her babies.
Good level
Young Farms reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Goldendoodles.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Wisdom Panel, Full Embark Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
