Meet the breeder

I'm Jessica Z., the breeder behind Zany Doodlez located in Lansing, MI. My breeding program is dedicated to producing healthy, well-tempered dogs with a focus on preserving breed standards and enhancing the unique traits of each pup. I prioritize responsible breeding practices, genetic diversity, and the overall well-being of our dogs, ensuring they make excellent companions for others.

Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

Since I was a young girl, I was always drawn to animals. Dogs especially . My first ever dog was a sweet Golden retriever named Rosie. She was my best friend. She had so many great attributes. Rosie lived a long and happy life . Later in life I found myself increasingly drawn to my passion for animals and I met my next best friend- Remi, the sweetest most gentle Goldendoodle I have ever known . She has such a positive impact on everyone around her. Her wonderful attributes and demeanor inspired me to extend her exceptional qualities to future generations . I spent months and months researching, learning and taking various courses . I was determined to learn everything I needed to produce behavioral stable, healthy and loyal companions for families . Remi’s first litter was everything I had hoped for. Watching them grow and helping them develop brought me so much happiness . It gave me a great sense of fulfillment . Helping create something so beautiful -new life that would go on and bring joy, comfort and companionship to their future families .
  • What makes your program special?
