Start and End Training Sessions With These Flexibility Exercises Except in the 3RD Trimester or Lactation

Introduction

Warm up and cool down your dog every session, except during the 3rd trimester and lactation. To do so:

  • Walk or trot your dog for 1-2 minutes until panting (the dog not you :-)).
  • Do all three flexibility exercises: Downward Dog, Crescent Moon, and Cat Pose
  • Now go to strength or balance and proprioception exercises
