Updates is your own social feed on Good Dog, built for dog breeders to share their story directly with serious buyers. Post litter milestones and daily moments to show the care behind your puppies and reach more families searching for their next puppy.

How to get started with Updates
Find Updates exclusively in our breeder app (download it here: iOS, Android)
  1. Creating your first update is simple:
  2. Open the Updates tab in the bottom bar
  3. Create a post with photos, videos, and captions
  4. Tag a litter to connect with active listings
  5. Post and connect with Good Dog buyers!

Your Updates automatically appear on your breeder profile feed and on puppy listings when you tag their litter. Plus, buyers who follow your program or show interest in your litters will receive email updates about your latest posts.

Quick Tips for Great Updates
  • Be authentic—show what makes your program special so buyers get to know you
  • Share behind-the-scenes moments—playtime, socialization, vet checks, and parent dog achievements
  • Mix photos and videos to keep content engaging
  • Post regularly—even quick snippets help, especially with litters on the ground
  • Save time by cross-posting Updates to Facebook
