Handy Items for Your Bitch's Season
Here is what we use to keep the house clean and ourselves sane:
At least two pairs of in-season pants for your bitch. There are many options these days so check them out. Be sure to measure your bitch before buying, since the pants will be much more effective if they fit well.

- If worse comes to worse, you can use a pair of boys underwear on backwards
- A box of thin sanitary napkins with sticky backs (e.g., Always Ultra‐Thin)
- (optional) You can give chlorophyll if you are worried about her odor during her heat. However, chlorophyll is not a complete solution since as estrus approaches, males will smell her when they are close.
