I'm Anna M., the breeder behind 77 Farm located in Marshall, MO. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded French Bulldog puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us! We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!

Why did you start breeding?
I started breeding 30 years ago when my husband got me a female Bullmastiff puppy as a wedding gift. He knew how much we both loved my male, Odis. Over the years as they got old and finally went over the rainbow bridge I switched to pugs and when they left us settled on frenchies.What makes your program special?
I do not believe in surgery for the sake of getting new puppies. All of my puppies are brought into this world the old fashioned way, natural matings and vaginal delivery.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Anna
Anna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $250 deposit and between $2,250 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The deposit is non-refundable unless the vet would find a concern at their health check before going to their new homes. If it is something correctable such as an umbilical hernia or something elective I will contact you immediately to discuss our options (which will include the option to refund your deposit and cancel the transfer). if it is something that is likely to Impact the life of the puppy in a significant way such as a heart problem your deposit will be refunded immediately and we can discuss options for a future litter if you desire (thankfully I have never had this happen, but they ARE French bulldogs so I feel it’s better to have a plan just in case).”

Anna may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
