I'm Faythe A., the breeder behind Abundant Farms located in Mobile, AL. We breed and raise top quality Golden Retrievers. Our dogs are all raised in our home and are part of our family. We strive to produce healthy puppies for loving families. Owning a Golden Retriever is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with your new family member.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with the breed while researching the best breed for our family. Our goldens have been a constant source of blessings to our family for over 16 years.
  • What makes your program special?

    Our pups are raised with our 15 kiddos and all our animals including goats, chickens, horses, and cats. Our pups are all in our home and are handled from birth. They’re exposed to a variety of sounds, experiences, and kids.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Faythe

Faythe has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes first round of puppy shots, registration papers, bill of sale, and state health certificate. Our deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another litter for up to 18 months. They're $500 if made before the pups are born and $1000 if made after.”

Contract & health guarantee

Faythe may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
