Q. & A. with Joni/Julie
Why did you start breeding?
I have admired the Basenji breed since I was a young girl, after reading "Weep No More My Lady".
From that time onward, I was fascinated with the Special little African hunting dog, and the fact that they are still being utilized in the Congo, as they have been for thousands of years!
What makes your program special?
We believe in producing healthy, correct, Basenjis. We want to help carry on the little African Barkless breed.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
