Julie L.

Breeder of Golden Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Julie L., the breeder behind Alabaster Goldens located in Little Rock, AR. We are passionate about providing happy, healthy Golden Retriever puppies for our puppy families. We value the importance of health testing our breeding dogs, proper socializing, and providing a great start to a puppys' life. Our adult dogs are our kids and live in our home as a part of the family.

Q. & A. with Julie

  • Why did you start breeding?

Growing up, we always had a golden retriever in my family. My dad was an avid duck hunter and enjoyed taking his Goldens hunting. As an adult, I have been involved in rescue and saw the need for well bred puppies.
  • What makes your program special?

I am fortunate to be able to stay home and focus on raising our puppies. My husband and I do not have children, so our dogs are our family.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
