I'm Denise S., the breeder behind Aloha Spirit Beagles located in Escondido, CA. We focus on intentional breeding so that we can produce quality puppies that are excellent representations of the standard. We enjoy showing our dogs, and they are our companions in every adventure. We are invested in Beagles and in helping the breed thrive. We do all that we can to give our puppies the best lives, including proper health care, thorough socialization, and finding them wonderful, loving homes.

Why did you start breeding?
We bought a beagle puppy and the breeder asked us if we would be interested in showing. Loving the breed our answer was, “Yes!”What makes your program special?
We are a small family owned breeding program, breeding AKC Champion show dogs. Our beagles are bred for excellent temperaments and breed traits as stated by AKC standards. We like to stay in touch with our families and enjoy pictures, phone calls, emails and visits!Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Full Embark Panel, DNA Profile, Musladin-Leuke Syndrome (MLS)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
