I'm Anne C., the breeder behind A&M Kennels located in Waxahachie, TX. A&M Kennel is a husband-and-wife breeding program built around one simple belief: our dogs are family first. When someone sees an A&M Cane Corso, we want them to see what this breed was meant to be: powerful, confident, substantial, and unmistakably capable of guarding the people they love.

Why did you start breeding?
Our experience with breeding began years ago with American Bullies, but Kodak, our first Cane Corso, completely changed our direction. We fell in love with the breed and wanted to build a program centered on preserving the qualities that make the Corso so extraordinary.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are family first, and our puppies are born and raised inside our home—not simply housed in a kennel. We combine extensive health and DNA testing with hands-on socialization, early crate and potty-training foundations, veterinary care, and thoughtful puppy-to-family matching. We're an AKC Bred with H.E.A.R.T. breeder.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, black brindle, fawn, and gray. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Anne

Anne has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Anne partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“While I will attempt to provide the puppy you choose as personalities further develop, I will let you know if I feel that the puppy may not be a good fit based on my understanding of your household and your desires in a puppy. If that happens and other puppies are available, we can discuss other options. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $600 non-refundable deposit. The remaining $2,900 - $3,700 is due before pickup, plus applicable taxes and fees.

“The price includes tails docked, dewclaws removed, ears cropped, appropriate vaccinations, worming, microchip, registration papers, final vet check, puppy blanket and small bag of food. Deposit reserves and holds your puppy and for this reason it is non-refundable. Deposit goes toward the full price of the puppy.”

Anne may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Kiya
My veterinarians love Kiya. She goes to the vet to receive all the kisses they will give her. However, she also protects her household. Kiya is social when taken out but protective when at home. She is very loveable and sings to me (howls when I say "sing to me") each day I come home from the office. She loves to play tug and has been a great mama to her puppies.

Kairo is very protective of his family. He loves laying on his mama (even squeezing into the recliner on her lap). He loves snuggles and to play with the other dogs in the house. He does guard his property and he is very large. Puppies from this sire have reached 100 pounds prior to turning one year old. He is an import from Romania from the L'Antico Nobile and Della Valle Dei Lord bloodlines. Kairo is a great mix of protective and loveable.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Vet Wellness Exam
