I'm Amanda Nitsa O., the breeder behind Amanda's Beagles located in East Providence, RI. Retired play therapist and former wildlife rehabilitator with a soft spot for squirrels, birds, and possums. Now my family is raising happy, well-loved beagle puppies in a home full of affection and play—ready to bring joy to yours.
Q. & A. with Amanda Nitsa
Why did you start breeding?
My daughter, who has special needs, formed a deep emotional bond with our dogs—they became her greatest source of comfort and support. She was first my foster child, then my forever daughter. Breeding beagles was her idea and passion from the start. Now it’s our shared project, bringing joy, healing, and wagging tails to other families.
What makes your program special?
What makes our program special is the daily love and attention our puppies receive. They grow up around different dogs and lots of playtime. My daughter, who adores them, has the patience to throw a toy or ball for hours—helping them build trust, confidence, and joy. Each pup is raised in a warm, playful, and social home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are 13-inch size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and tan, brown white and tan, and lemon and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Angel
Meet the Mama – Graceful, Loving, and Loyal
This elegant beauty is as graceful as she is athletic. She carries herself with calm confidence and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, often curling up close to them for companionship.
She loves to be petted and will happily rest at your feet if you let her.
Playful and gentle, she’s also great with children and always up for a game or a run in the dog park—which she absolutely adores.
As a mother, she has been nothing short of amazing: attentive, protective, and deeply nurturing. In the early days, she rarely left her puppies’ side, only stepping out briefly before returning to check that everyone was safe and accounted for.
Her devotion shows in every lick and look. She’s a truly special mama, and her puppies are lucky to carry on her sweet and loving spirit.
Balley, dad
Beagle
About Balley
Bailey is a truly passionate soul! He lives for his daily walks, loves chasing the ball like it’s his life’s mission, and can turn any patch of grass into a joyful playground.
He gets along beautifully with all dogs and forms deep, heartfelt bonds with people.
When Grandma comes to visit (which isn’t often), Bailey greets her with such overwhelming excitement that he cries out with joy—it’s the kind of reunion that melts your heart.
He’s a total lovebug when it comes to cuddling, giving himself fully to every pat and scratch, and he adores playing with the puppies’ sweet and gentle mama.
Bailey is not just a friendly dog—he’s a deeply connected companion, and his babies are sure to inherit his affectionate and joyful nature.
