Cary raised some incredible puppies. Our Bonnie immediately bonded with us, she’s the sweetest, silliest, confident girl we are so lucky to have in our life. Cary was super responsive, and took extreme care to confirm the health of the parents. Before landing with Cary, we spoke with many breeders both in California, Germany and The Netherlands. Cary is the most transparent, diligent and up to date with the best health backgrounds and regimens for his standard schnauzers. Cary and Amandus Schnauzers prioritize balanced, well socialized, confident and healthy pups who exhibit exceptional personality, structure and wellness. We were looking for a reputable breeder who is dedicated and devoted to strong dogs who get to live out fulfilling lives with the right families who are equally as devoted and loving. We found the right match with Cary! 10000/10!

Cary did a great job with these dogs; you can really tell how much they care about the breed and want what's best for them. We were sent updates along the way, and when we picked her up, we were sent home with food they'd been eating, and a blanket they had all slept with to make the transition easier. We've never owned a standard, and couldn't be happier; she's smart, energetic, and very well adjusted.

Cary was very helpful in picking out our puppy and finding one that would fit our family. He let us visit all the pups and also saw the parent dogs. He really cares about the health of all the dogs that he raises and he answered all our questions.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
