I'm Krys R., the breeder behind AmericanK9 located in Maryland. Our focus is to produce the best dogs of the highest quality to better the breed. We do full Heath testing prior to breeding as well as temperament testing. All litters are raised in our home, with our pack. We do early neurological stimulation on all puppies as well as puppy aptitude testing.

Why did you start breeding?
For the love of dogs! Since a child I’ve been in a whelping box helping whelp litters. It’s become a adult passion and something I very much enjoy. Watching my dogs prosper in their forever homes or doing jobs they were bred to do it’s the most amazing part of it all! We breed companions, service dogs workings dogs and it’s so humbling to watch them grow once they are in their forever homes.What makes your program special?
The amount of time we’ve put into developing our program. It’s taken us YEARS to get where we are! We strive to produce the best of the best! Our Corso’s & Labs have been produced in our family for many generations. The doodles are new to us and we are so excited to embark on this new journey into the doodle world!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and black brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Krys
Krys has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $800 non-refundable deposit and between $3,700 - $9,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price depends on the breed, pedigree, training, etc. We offer sales from puppies to trained puppies, trained adolescents, fully trained adults, personal protection dogs, police K9’s, green dogs. Non-Refundable Deposit. Buyer acknowledges that the Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if Buyer decides s/he does not want or is no longer able to take the puppy.”
Contract & health guarantee
Krys may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
