Meet the breeder

I'm Sarah F., the breeder behind Angel Pups Deluxe located in Highland, UT. Our pups go through ENS training, potty training, crate training and are introduced to new sights, sounds, scents and textures. Each litter is curated from health tested parents and a great deal of love and attention goes into shaping angelic temperaments through our early development program.

Q. & A. with Sarah

  • Why did you start breeding?

My program is personal. My first dog as a teen had major health and temperament challenges, and I learned how important responsible breeding truly is. Now I focus on fully health-tested parents, intentional genetics, sweet temperaments, and early socialization to give families a confident, loving puppy that’s easy to train and easy to bond with. All our dogs are health tested and many are OFA.
  • What makes your program special?

All our puppies come from fully health-cleared lines, and we specialize in exceptional temperaments. We select highly intelligent, gentle parents to produce puppies with naturally angelic personalities that bond easily and train quickly. Every puppy goes home on a set schedule with a head start in potty training, crate training, and basic commands. Our pups are set up to become service dogs.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Australian Mountain Doodle puppies are miniature size. Cavapoo puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include tiny, mini, and medium sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Cavapoo puppies include merle, red, apricot, blenheim, and cream. Bernedoodle puppies include chocolate merle, yellow and white, tri-color, and merle. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, black, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

They’re admired for their grounded loyalty and balanced temperament. Their ultimate charm is their steadiness — they often mature into composed, affectionate companions who enjoy closeness without excessive hyperactivity. We match our families with the right look and temperment they desire. ”

Sarah was a gem from the first contact! We traveled in to meet the little angels and pick our new family member. She was gracious and hosted us for an hour! We chose our perfect little man and she sent ongoing updates until delivery, which was smooth as silk thanks to Hyram! He's perfect and we couldn't be happier!

Sarah was awesome! Her and Hyrum are super responsive and nice and love their dogs! They were even kind enough to send us home with a go home bag that had some toys, treats, and vaccination records. They even checked on our sweet girl after a few days of her being in her new home to make sure things were going great! Would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone

We had such a great experience with Sarah and love our puppy so much. When we were looking for a puppy, I really appreciated that she posted health testing, shared personality details, and included both videos and photos. She was very responsive and was able to accommodate a quick turnaround for me to fly in and pick up our puppy at the SLC airport. Sarah also sent a goodie bag to make our trip home more comfortable and even included a blanket since I forgot one. Winnie has been so sweet. She is good-natured, curious, energetic, playful, and also snuggly. She only has eyes for whoever is holding her, whether that’s a family member or a friend stopping by to meet her. As Sarah mentioned in her posts, Winnie came to us crate trained. She only cried very briefly the first couple of nights, about five minutes, and already had a solid foundation for potty training. She is doing really well with that, which has been a big stress reliever. Winnie also does really well with having her paws handled, which I think is so helpful for future nail trims and making grooming less scary for her. She is doing well with everyday noises, too. She does bark at the deer, which is expected, and we will continue working on that with training. She is very intelligent and seems to pick up commands quickly, even without a formal training session. I practiced “sit” with her for a day and she caught on right away, so having such a good foundation while we continue learning other commands has been incredibly helpful. Sarah sent us home with a folder full of helpful information, training tips, and even a schedule. Thank you, Sarah! We felt totally prepared to welcome Winnie into our family. She has been such a little blessing.

I saw a picture of "Sterling Silver", now Heidi, and that was it. I fell in love with her sweet face right away. Before Heidi, I didn't even know that a bernedoodle was a thing. I never worked with a broker and / or a breeder before, but you made the process so very simple. You were so good at answering all of my questions and concerns quickly and in detail. When Heidi arrived in Georgia, she was everything I expected. It was obvious to me that you had already started working with her on potting training, acclimation to noises, other animals, etc. She didn't seem to have any fears or apprehensions with her new surroundings. I'm sure some of that was her breed and personality, but can't help but to think it was also due to how you treated and worked with her during those first several weeks. Heidi loves to run and go crazy playing with her toys and loves meeting people. On the other hand, she is one of the most "chilled" dogs I've ever owned, taking in the sights and sounds around her with a curiosity and stillness the like of which I have never seen in a dog before let alone a puppy. She once sat for over 60 seconds (hard for a puppy to do) and stared up at a large bird gliding around on the updraft air currents. She was fascinated. All-in-all, my entire experience with obtaining Heidi was and continues to be a wonderful journey. Thank you Sarah. Heidi sends her gratitude and love! BTW - Heidi now weighs 11 lbs at 4 months. She's growing fast.

We were blown away by our experience with airport nanny, temperament of our puppy, and the training she’s already had. She’s been such a sweet, well mannered puppy. She knows how to use our puppy doors and isn’t bothered by sounds or rude cats. Love her and Sarah was so very easy to work with and very pleasant.

I honestly wasn't planning on getting a puppy because I wasn't sure it fit my lifestyle. A friend suggested that having a dog to wake up to and come home to each day could be incredibly rewarding, and they were absolutely right. After researching breeders, I found Angel Pups and immediately fell in love with one of Sarah Frank's puppies. One of the main reasons I chose Angel Pups was the consistent reviews praising the puppies' crate training and potty training—and those reviews were spot on. I truly feel like I won the puppy lottery. My puppy arrived already crate trained, is about 90% potty trained, and has the sweetest, gentlest temperament. The transition into my home has been far easier than I ever expected. Sarah was wonderful throughout the entire process. She communicated consistently, answered all of my questions, and clearly puts tremendous care and effort into raising well-socialized, happy puppies. I could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Sarah and Angel Pups to anyone looking for a healthy, well-trained, and loving addition to their family.
