I'm Elena S., the breeder behind Anlen Pembroke Welsh Corgis located in Tacoma, WA. We’re a home-based breeder of Pembroke Welsh Corgis who loves showing our dogs in the daytime just as much as we love cuddling with them at night. All of our dogs are health tested and have received titles prior to breeding - so you can be guaranteed that they come from a quality line! Our involvement in the show world speaks to the standards that we breed our Corgis by. We would love to introduce your family to your next Corgi!
Q. & A. with Elena
Why did you start breeding?
I understand the very important role that breeders undertake; today’s breeders are the guardians of the future Pembroke Welsh Corgis. My goal is to not only produce beautiful puppies and continue my show line but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the breed will continue to thrive for generations to come.
What makes your program special?
At Anlen Pembroke Welsh Corgis, we produce excellent companions. I understand the importance of dog health, temperament, and structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. My breeding dogs are titled and have been carefully selected. I guarantee an accomplished pedigree with our puppies. I work with passion, heart, integrity, and truly want what's best for my dogs and their new families. When purchasing a dog from me I try and place puppy or adult dog into the right family. I am very selective about where my puppies and or dogs go as they are already a family member to me. I will teach you about the importance of grooming and feeding a Corgi for a long and healthy life.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Elena
Elena has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include between $2,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This includes that the puppy has had its first health exam by a veterinarian, has been wormed, and have had its first to second shot in the series of puppy shots they need. I sell only on a spay or neuter contract, I do not sell any puppies for breeding purposes. I do not take deposits. I will select the right puppy for you when I have a litter and place potential good homes on a waitlist. When the puppies are old enough for viewing I will meet with you and if at all possible try to do a home study before any puppy leaves here.”

Elena may provide a written contract or
health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
