Meet the breeder

I'm Cheri T., the breeder behind Anna-Ash Poodles located in Lakeland, FL. We produce quality, health-tested miniature poodles. We strive for intelligence, elegance, and excellence, and we focus on health, temperament, and longevity. We aim towards the breed standard with every generation, while providing wonderful family companions and performance partners.

Q. & A. with Cheri

  • Why did you start breeding?

Anna-Ash poodles was established thru a love for poodles that was born in 1992 with my very first poodle. As a child, I loved animals of every kind but dogs won my heart. The catch? I was allergic to most dogs! Our family's solution was Poodles! Ever since watching my first dog show at 4 years old and visiting the home of our first poodles' breeder, I dreamed of showing and raising my own poodles.
  • What makes your program special?

Our goals are to produce beautiful well rounded poodles that fit perfectly into a family situation, and who are sound and healthy. All our poodles are health tested and raised in our home. We have never, nor will we ever breed any doodle or merle "poodles" as we love poodles the way they are, believe in the poodle breed the way it originated and strive to preserve the breed as it was intended.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
