Meet the breeder

I'm Jessica R., the breeder behind Anthem AZ Corgis located in Phoenix, AZ. AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgis raised with love in Anthem, Arizona. Our corgis are part of our family, and our puppies are thoughtfully raised with care, early socialization, and plenty of love. Parents are genetically tested & on-site. 🐾♥️.

Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

I love and respect the breed and wanted to offer an alternative to puppy mills and backyard breeders by breeding ethically, responsibly and sparingly. When I was looking for my pups, I ran into a lot of red flags, money grabs, lack of proper DNA/health backgrounds on the parents and pups .. so we want to be the solution to an ongoing problem by offering a loving alternative.
  • What makes your program special?

We’re a responsible family run breeder, essentially an alternative to puppy mills and backyard breeders. We only have 1 dam/ 1 sire, whom are both are beloved pets. We only have 1 litter a year and we raise them like they’re family. Our 4 year old & 12 year old sons are a huge part of socializing them properly; ensuring they’re well adapted, confident and patient pups for their forever families
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Jessica was great to work. She was very responsive to all questions we had. One of the reasons we wanted to work with Jessica is that she raised the puppies as part of the family. They were in a loving home. Sarge is adjusting well to his new home.
