Meet the breeder

I'm Britta R., the breeder behind Arcana Cane Corso located in Marinette, WI. Arcana Cane Corso is a small preservation program focused on health, temperament, and correct type. Our dogs are health tested and AKC/FCI titled. Puppies are raised in-home with Puppy Culture and thoughtful socialization. We breed infrequently, match carefully, and provide lifetime breeder support.

Q. & A. with Britta

  • Why did you start breeding?

As someone who started in the horse show world, returning to animals through Cane Corso reignited my passion for showing, training, and breeding. What began as a way back into the animal world grew into a deep commitment to preservation breeding, health, structure, and temperament.
  • What makes your program special?

My program is built on top European bloodlines from respected kennels I’ve visited personally, and I have attended Raduno dell’Anno in Italy, the breed’s most important specialty show. I prioritize dogs that can both show and work, with stable, intelligent temperaments praised by vets, judges, and owners and who possess exceptional family suitability.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include gray and fawn, chestnut brindle, black, black brindle, fawn, and gray brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Britta

Britta has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Britta partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

“We take great care placing our puppies with families. Reservations are made for the litter as a whole. Puppy selection takes place around week seven after structure and temperament can be properly assessed. Buyers will choose their puppy after assessments are completed in the order in which deposits were received. Breeder will provide input on the best fit for each family based on puppy temperaments and individual family situations.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

Britta is an amazing breeder! She’s very friendly and was so helpful throughout the process. She helped us pick a puppy that fit in perfectly with our family. Britta is very knowledgeable and was very prompt at answering any questions we had. She truly cares about her dogs and asks for updates on how our puppy is doing. All of her dogs are very well trained and have great temperaments. I highly recommend her!
