I'm Danielle R., the breeder behind Arctic Hearts Kennel located in Saranac, MI. We keep our Huskies on a regular exercise routine and feeding routine. With this routine, we can breed quality true Huskies. We also want to breed dogs that will be great family members, and we educate people on the breed to prevent the breed's bloodline from dying out. The Husky is a true working breed, and we breed to preserve those traits.

Why did you start breeding?
Our dogs are excellent working dogs, and we are proud to continue their line. We breed both to provide families with loving and capable companions and to improve upon our dogs' fantastic traits with each generation.What makes your program special?
Some of the work we do with our Huskies includes harness work, 4-8 mile runs, sled hauling, backpacking, swimming, and learning how to find deer antler sheds. We focus on breeding dogs that have enough working drive to keep up with our lifestyle, but also have amazing temperaments and can quickly adapt to a family setting.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
