I'm Jenn L., the breeder behind Arrowhead Kennels located in Manti, UT. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppy families welcomes a happy and healthy new family member into their homes!

Why did you start breeding?
We got into breeding, because of our therapy dog Emma. She was a golden, and she helped us, and loved us. We decided we had a love for this breed, and couldn’t wait to share that with others. Our golden’s being our family so much joy, and we love being able to help others find that in this breed.What makes your program special?
We love quality over quantity. We work hard to find the perfect golden for us, which includes making sure our goldens are healthy and have an amazing dna/pedigree. Our goldens have exceptional pedigrees.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Oliver is from the Netherlands and also has champion parents. His mother is from the Netherlands and his father is from Belgium. His breeder was an international show judge in Europe, and his pedigree is exceptional in every way. He is very handsome and great with kids (amazing temperament). He is lovable and always wants to be everyone’s best friend. Oliver has his CGC title, and also his ATT title. (AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN & AKC TEMPERAMENT TITLE).

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Jenn was the most amazing breeder we could’ve possibly asked for. Our puppy Dolly is everything we dreamed of and more. She is so sweet and has such an amazing personality. She came already potty trained and is learning things so fast. The process of getting her was super easy we just met with Jenn’s husband at our local airport and got to take her home right then and there. They handled traveling her to us as well so we didn’t have to fly to get her. Overall such a great experience and such an amazing puppy!

We are over the moon about our new golden puppy. Jenn has really outdone herself. I knew when I saw the photos on her website that I NEEDED one of her puppies. Our new bundle of joy is so gorgeous that she is actually a breathtaker. In addition, her personality could not be better. She is calm, brave, goes with the flow, and adores people. She also gets along superbly with our second dog, who was already in residence here. From the moment I first contacted her, Jenn was a dream to work with. I was afraid I was asking too many questions. Yet she was always patient, and had time for me. That was very reassuring. Jenn does a lot of extra things for puppy buyers which other breeders do not. I give Jenn and Arrowhead kennels my highest recommendation.
