I'm Jenn L., the breeder behind Arrowhead Kennels located in Manti, UT. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppy families welcomes a happy and healthy new family member into their homes!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We got into breeding, because of our therapy dog Emma. She was a golden, and she helped us, and loved us. We decided we had a love for this breed, and couldn’t wait to share that with others. Our golden’s being our family so much joy, and we love being able to help others find that in this breed.

  • What makes your program special?

    We love quality over quantity. We work hard to find the perfect golden for us, which includes making sure our goldens are healthy and have an amazing dna/pedigree. Our goldens have exceptional pedigrees.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Jenn

Jenn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Jenn partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

    I had such a wonderful experience with Jenn from the very beginning. She was always open, honest, and incredibly responsive whenever I had questions, and she kept me updated with photos, videos, weight updates, and little details about Huevy’s personality as he was growing up. It made the whole waiting process feel very special and gave me so much confidence knowing how well the puppies were being cared for. What I appreciated most was how much Jenn genuinely knows and cares about her dogs. She was very thoughtful about temperament, health, early socialization, and making sure each puppy was matched with the right home. She was also very patient with all of my questions before pickup and continued to be supportive after Huevy came home. Huevy has been such a sweet, confident, smart, and affectionate puppy. He adjusted surprisingly quickly, learns new routines very fast, and has such a lovely temperament. It’s very clear that he had a great start before coming home with me. The entire experience, from watching him grow to finally meeting him and bringing him home, was incredibly positive.     Jenn was fantastic to work with from the moment we reached out until we picked up our puppy. Throughout the 4 weeks Jenn was super responsive and informative, she reached out frequently to keep us updated on our pup's progress. The thing we liked best was being able to tell how much Jenn and her family loved our puppy (and all the others). Taking them on trips, exposing them to people, car rides, and a variety of other things helped get our pup ready to come home. We would 100% recommend Jenn if you are looking for a cute Golden puppy.

    Jenn was the most amazing breeder we could’ve possibly asked for. Our puppy Dolly is everything we dreamed of and more. She is so sweet and has such an amazing personality. She came already potty trained and is learning things so fast. The process of getting her was super easy we just met with Jenn’s husband at our local airport and got to take her home right then and there. They handled traveling her to us as well so we didn’t have to fly to get her. Overall such a great experience and such an amazing puppy!

    If you’re looking for an exceptional English Cream Golden Retriever breeder, I recommend Jenn Lund without reservation. I have two of Jenn’s dogs—Finlay, who is now two years old, and Maisie, who is 10 weeks old—from two separate litters, two years apart, with the same outstanding parents. That consistency says a great deal about the quality of Jenn’s breeding program. Jenn is a thoughtful and conscientious breeder who puts the health and well-being of her dogs ahead of producing large numbers of puppies. She breeds each female only once a year, and it shows in the quality of her dogs. Both Finlay and Maisie are healthy, active, alert, and incredibly intelligent. They have wonderful temperaments—loving and affectionate with people, yet confident and ready for any adventure. Finlay has become my constant companion, and our morning walks and hikes are the best part of my day. Jenn also goes above and beyond for her puppy families. Since I live internationally, she made an extra effort to ensure that Maisie met all USDA certification requirements for international travel and even worked with her on crate training to prepare her for the long journey home. That level of dedication and care is rare. Throughout both experiences, Jenn has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of each puppy she places.     We are over the moon about our new golden puppy. Jenn has really outdone herself. I knew when I saw the photos on her website that I NEEDED one of her puppies. Our new bundle of joy is so gorgeous that she is actually a breathtaker. In addition, her personality could not be better. She is calm, brave, goes with the flow, and adores people. She also gets along superbly with our second dog, who was already in residence here. From the moment I first contacted her, Jenn was a dream to work with. I was afraid I was asking too many questions. Yet she was always patient, and had time for me. That was very reassuring. Jenn does a lot of extra things for puppy buyers which other breeders do not.
