I'm Jennifer W., the breeder behind Aslan's Pride of Fidei Family Farms located in Fisher, IL. We raise exceptional puppies from lineages that genetically tested to be free of over 250 illnesses. Why did you start breeding?
We love our Golden Retriever, Aslan and want to continue his line. We hope to breed dogs that will bring as much joy to your family as Aslan has to ours.What makes your program special?

Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Flynn, Son of the Red Haired One. Is exactly that! He is the sone of our dearly beloved Aslan. He is here to carry on Aslan’s Regal legacy. Just like his father he is a kind, loving boy who is happy chasing the ball as well as cuddling up for a snooze. Flynn can also be goofy and silly!

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Jennifer had a face time calls so we could see the puppies and their personalities. I wanted a girl and she had a face time with just the girls which made my decision hard but easier because who could say no to all of those cute faces. She delivered not far from my home and took care of her paperwork. If I were to ever get another Golden, it would be with Jennifer. She is healthy, happy, feisty, sweet, smart and will have the best home ever!

We met Jennifer and her daughter Miriam in central Illinois, and shortly we were off with Fiona on a 3 hour car ride. The hand-off was flawless, with all vet records, AKC info, and a bag of food (and some probiotics). Follow-up included links to order food and other accessories. Fiona passed her vet visit and is a beautiful dog. We look forward to her growing into a sweet companion.

Jennifer with Aslan Farms was knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge of Golden retrievers. She always timely and effectively responded to inquiries during the process. A personal situation required me to pick up my new best friend a few days after the availability date. That was no issue! They kept him for me and agreed to meet me at a mid point for drop off on the date arranged. It was great to see Archie with his litter mates AND with the family at Aslan Farms. I could tell he was coming from a loving environment. I really appreciated the opportunity to work with them and have already referred a few friends who immediately fell in love with Archie to Jennifer and her family.
