Q. & A. with Veronica
Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with Papillons for their intelligence, affection, and huge personalities in such a little package. As my love for the breed grew, I decided to begin my own breeding program with the guidance and support of my father-in-law, who has decades of professional breeding experience. Aspen Wings grew from wanting to raise beautiful, well-loved Papillons right in our family home. What makes your program special?
Aspen Wings is a small, home-based program where our dogs are family first. Puppies are raised right alongside us and grow up around children, other dogs, household sounds, handling, play, and everyday family life. We focus on giving each puppy lots of individual attention, a loving start, and positive early experiences to help them grow into confident, happy companions.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Veronica
Veronica has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

“We want each puppy to find the right home. Families are screened and approved, and we consider their lifestyle, household, preferences, and what they’re looking for in a companion. When multiple puppies are available, we’ll help families choose a puppy whose personality may be a good fit. ❤️”
Price
“Our puppies go home vet-checked, age-appropriately vaccinated and dewormed, with AKC registration paperwork and lots of love and socialization from day one. ❤️. A $500 deposit reserves your puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind, but will be refunded if we are unable to complete the placement.”

Parent dogs
Eevee, mom
Papillon
About Eevee
Eevee is our smart, sweet girl and the founding member of Aspen Wings. ❤️ She’s incredibly clever, affectionate, and full of her own little quirks—especially her signature happy spins in circles. When she isn’t keeping tabs on everything around her, you’ll usually find her curled up for snuggles on the warmest blanket she can find. Eevee is truly the little girl who started it all for us. 🐾
Ciri, mom
Papillon
About Ciri
Ciri is our fun, spirited girl with a playful personality and plenty of Papillon sass. ❤️ She’s curious, smart, energetic, and always wants to be part of whatever is going on. Underneath all that personality, she’s incredibly sweet and affectionate with her family. Ciri is also the mama of our very first Aspen Wings litter, and watching her become such a loving, attentive mom has made us love her even more. She brings so much character and joy to our home. 🐾
Luca, dad
Papillon
About Luca
Luca is our sweet little lover boy. ❤️ He has the calmest, most easygoing personality of our dogs and is happiest curled up close to his people getting all the snuggles he can. He’s gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loving—exactly the kind of temperament we’re proud to have in our breeding program and hope to see passed along to his puppies. Luca is truly a little sweetheart and a very loved member of our family.
