Q. & A. with Shelia
Why did you start breeding?
I started out with Northern Breed Rescue in CA in the late 90's, I fostered mostly expectant moms, new litters, or surgical recovery.
What makes your program special?
I research lineage to hand select the best representation of AKC Breed Standard size Alaskan Malamutes. I health test all of my breeding stock & base my future litters on their genetics so you're getting a pup with the least likelihood of developing hereditary defects.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
