Elizabeth W.

Breeder of Toy Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Elizabeth W., the breeder behind Aussies Done Wright located in Rochester, MN. We are huge animal lovers and have a special place in our hearts for our dogs. We want to provide top-quality beloved companions. We treat our dogs and puppies like family, and we give each pup all the loving care that we can to prepare them for their forever homes. We are proud of our program and look forward to helping you find your next furry family member!

Q. & A. with Elizabeth

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have trained and fostered for over 25yrs, and I willl never be able to save every animal. Dogs usually end up in a humane society for either one of either two main issues: behavioral problems or medical issues that the owner just cannot afford. People will continue to use breeders, and breeders are still needed to maintain the breeds. Therefore, I decided to become a breeder that focuses on temperament using only the healthiest of dogs to hopefully eliminate a bad situation for the pup or human.
  • What makes your program special?

We are unique in that all of our dogs are handled from the moment they are born. We begin socializing and training from day 1. We are able to give the most attention to each individual puppy since we are such a small program. I have 25yrs of dog training under my belt and am available as a mentor as well as a connection to other reputable breeders for the life of your puppy when you get a dog from Aussies Done Wright.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red, black, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppies have a health guarantee for one year and checked by a licensed vet before being released.
