I'm Karen Y., the breeder behind Autumn Harvest Dood Ranch located in Azalea, OR. Our Dogs are fully integrated family members, enjoying the entire 20-acre ranch. Together we enjoy hiking in the forests, playing a game of fetch, hide and seek and at the end of a hot summer day, a dip in the river. Doodle hugs are my favorite. Fluffy paws wrapping me in unconditional love.
Q. & A. with Karen
Why did you start breeding?
It has always been a life dream and once I became an empty nester I finally had the opportunity. I found a wonderful mentor who continues to guide me. My service as a Director on the Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Associations Board of Directors allows provides me with a great deal of on going education and invaluable resources.
What makes your program special?
I have a passion for this breed and know how much the right pet will enhance a person's or family's life. I also spend much of my time bringing smiles back in the faces of the elderly and potentially challenged youth. If you have a need for a therapy companion or simply enrich your life with unconditional love I am here to serve you.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include caramel ice, caramel cream, caramel, caramel red, red, gold, apricot, cream, chalk, chocolate, cafe, lavendar, parchment, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Autumn Harvest Dood Ranch gave me my best friend - Lily! Karen is thoughtful, kind, and responsive. She worked hard to make sure I felt supported throughout the whole experience (and still do to this day). She is also clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the Australian Labradoodle breed. Lily is now a little over two years old, and is a wonderful pup. She's even traveled the world with me!
I recommend Karen with AHDR to everyone!
