Axcium Miniature Schnauzers

Hilde H.

Breeder of Miniature Schnauzers

Meet the breeder

I'm Hilde H., the breeder behind Axcium Miniature Schnauzers located in Atlanta, GA. We have been involved with the miniature schnauzer since 1988. In addition to dog shows we've also competed with miniature schnauzers in obedience and agility.

Q. & A. with Hilde

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got my first miniature schnauzer when I was 15. I have competed in confirmation, agility and obedience for decades. I love this breed more than anything - it is the best breed in the whole world!
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are raised in a family environment. We breed primarily for a new puppy to show, so on average, there may be around three to seven puppies born in my house per year. That allows me to give a great amount of care to each puppy.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include salt and pepper, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
