Meet the breeder

I'm Serena B., the breeder behind Badland St. Berdoodles LLC located in Beach, ND. We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. We raise our litters in our home on a advanced service dog curriculum along with ENS & ESI to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their forever homes. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make an impact on each individual puppy! Although adding a new puppy to your family is very exciting it can be a bit stressful too. My goal is to make it as easy as possible.

Q. & A. with Serena

  • Why did you start breeding?

We started Badland St Berdoodles cause we understand how important it is to have a dog with good temperament and easy trainability around your family, kids of all ages, friends, livestock and other animals.
  • What makes your program special?

We don’t just breed puppies and send them on their way. A lot of time, love and work goes into each puppy. My goal with my breeding program is to produce the best family dogs which involves good temperaments, easy trainability, and beauty. Great with kids, all people, other animals and livestock. We've had a few puppies go to be services dogs and are thriving with their duties to help their owners. To make an easy transition from my home to their new home. I know how stressful it can be adding a new family member. My goal is to make it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Puppies will be exposed to town, driving, kids, livestock, animals, started on potty training and leash training. Used to kennel. Some simple commands like come and sit. I’m always here for questions, help and advice once you receive your new puppy.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Oso became a member of our family on April 22,2023. He is the center of all attention and lov d so much. Our experience with Serena exceeded our expectations. She kept us informed with e-mails, photos and videos, All of the socializing she does as a young puppy makes a huge difference at the time the puppy is in their new home. Oso is almost potty trained at 12 weeks, he adjusted to his crate at night with barely a whimper, He was well taken care of and delivered to us by Serena in great condition and spirit. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Serena!!!

We love Serena and Badland St. Berdoodles! Kai is our first puppy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around. I feel like I talked to Serena just about everyday from the moment the pups were born. She was always there to answer any questions and make sure that we were comfortable throughout the whole process. Serena drove 12 hours to deliver Kai to us herself and ensure an un-stressful trip for him. We were so impressed at how fast he settled in and how much effort she had clearly already put in with training and socializing. Kai is everything we could have hoped for in a puppy and more. He is such a happy-go-lucky guy and just loves every person/dog he meets. I really can't say enough good things about this breeding program! Thank you to Serena for giving us the best experience possible with our first puppy!! We are so grateful!
