We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Shawna and could not recommend her more highly. We actually started communicating with her over the summer when we first reached out about hoping for a chocolate female puppy, and from day one she was responsive, honest, and so helpful about timelines, expectations, and the process. Throughout the entire wait, Shawna kept in touch and followed through on every update—checking in, answering questions, and letting us know as soon as puppies were born. Once Coco arrived, she continued to go above and beyond with frequent photos/videos and little personality updates that meant so much to our family (especially our kids). Shawna also clearly puts a ton of care into raising her puppies the right way. Coco had early crate exposure and was already introduced to grooming/desensitization like nail trims and brushing, plus outdoor time and socialization. It made such a difference when she came home—she adjusted beautifully and has been doing amazing. On top of that, Shawna is extremely organized and transparent with logistics. She helped with GoodDog questions, payments/contracts, health records and travel requirements, and she sent everything home neatly prepared in a folder. Even after Coco came home, she continued to be supportive with helpful guidance (food, insurance, microchip activation, tummy support/probiotics, potty training tips, etc.). What stood out most is how genuinely invested Shawna is in her puppies and the families they go to. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about every puppy she raises. We are so grateful to her for Coco and would choose her again without question.

Shawna was so lovely to communicate with when I was on the hunt for my puppy, Murphy. The transaction was seamless and they were very understanding when my flight to pick him up had cancellations and needed to be rescheduled. On top of that, Murphy has been the best dog I have ever had!! Nothing but great things to say about Baker County Goldendoodles, couldn’t be more grateful to have come across their page.

Shawna was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire adoption process! Even after we brought her home, Shawna was happy to assist with any follow up questions that we had. Our Cleo has the best temperament and is so freaking adorable. We get compliments on her all the time for her behavior and how cute she is as a black goldendoodle.

My experience with Shawna was wonderful. She answered all the questions I had. After I secured Nova, we talked almost daily, she kept me up to date with little activities she was doing with her litter mates and sent me pictures and videos. I picked Nova up, she was prepared with small sample bags of pup food, treats, a little blanket, toy and her paperwork. I have had Nova home for a few days, she is the sweetest puppy, well mannered but still very much puppy (lol). She is a healthy and happy pup, I would highly recommend Shawna’s pups.
