I'm Whitney D., the breeder behind Bama Belle Aussies located in Alabaster, AL. Hi there! I’m the heart behind Bama Belle Aussies, where Toy Australian Shepherds are raised with love right here in my home. My first litter arrived on February 22nd, and my goal has been simple—raise happy, healthy puppies that make the very best companions. I fell in love with this breed for their loyalty, intelligence, and willingness to please. They’re affectionate, highly trainable, and fit beautifully into family life while still offering the classic Aussie look in a smaller size. My Aussies have wonderful, well-balanced temperaments, combining the intelligence and drive the breed is known for with a calm, “go with the flow” nature in the home—something I value and strive to continue in my program. All puppies are raised inside my home alongside my children and other dogs, with daily interaction to ensure they are well-socialized, confident, and ready for family life. My parent dogs are ASDR registered and have full genetic health checks. Puppies come with ASDR registration paperwork, are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and regular deworming, and receive a full veterinary health check before going to their new home. I truly care about where my puppies go and love staying connected with my families. I’d be honored to help you find your perfect Bama Belle companion.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding through my love for Australian Shepherds, especially the Toy variety. I was drawn to their intelligence and personality, which led me to learn about responsible breeding, genetics, and proper puppy raising. What started as a passion has grown into a dedicated, intentional program.
What makes your program special?
My puppies are raised in a home environment with daily interaction, early socialization, and lots of love. I focus on health, temperament, and quality pairings, and I stay connected with my families long after puppies go home. Each puppy is raised with intention and care from day one.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black tri, blue merle, and red tri. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Whitney

Whitney has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Whitney partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
