I'm Christi W., the breeder behind Bar W Cotons located in Mead, OK. We have bred high-quality puppies for about 20 years. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. We fell in love with the breed because of their adaptability, intelligence and personality. There’s hardly a better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way that we do!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started breeding Cotons quite by accident. I fell in love with the breed after I was actually looking for a Havanese. I stumbled upon the Coton breed and instantly knew they were for me. My very first coton Patsy is the matriarch of my program.

  • What makes your program special?

    Raising and training champion horses for over 35 years has set the standard for my Cotons. I believe in quality and strong genetics and I strive to raise animals with confirmation and impeccable disposition. My program is now 3rd and 4th generation so I know my cotons inside and out. My dogs also compete in AKC competition. I currently have 2 male AKC champions and 2 beautiful girls soon to start their show career!

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Christi

Christi has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $750 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes AKC Registration, current vaccinations and deworming, and microchip. I do ship puppies but buyer pays shipping fees which are usually around 550. Puppy ground transport is also available at about the same fee, maybe a little less. I will meet half way for local delivery up to 100 miles. ”
