Getting a puppy from Kristina

Kristina has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kristina partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We wait until puppies are around 6 weeks old before final selections so families can make informed decisions based on each puppy's developing personality, temperament, and structure—not just newborn photos. Families tell their preferences early (gender, color, outgoing vs. calm, etc.), then I provide updated photos and videos throughout the waiting period.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,250 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Puppies go home with: • Vet exam • Age-appropriate vaccines • Deworming • Health record • AKC reg. paper • 30 days pet insurance • Starter food • Blanket/toy • Potty and crate training started. When a deposit is made, it reserves your place in the litter, not a specific puppy. Typically selected at 4–6 Weeks. Selection order is based on deposit order following any breeder-retained picks.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kristina may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Kristina offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Kristina directly.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

I LOVED working with Kristina. She was very responsive to my inquiries and was genuinely concerned about making sure the pup we selected was not only a good fit for our family (and current pets) but obviously for Stormy... who we renamed Piper. Kristina went above and beyond as a breeder. She suggested meeting at the Texas/Oklahoma border, which saved us an hour there and back. Piper was gorgeous! I could tell Kristina had worked with her as she has been already consistently using the potty patch and hasn't had an accident yet. Piper has been worked with socially as well. She wanted to play with our senior toy poodle and our two cats, but she was submissive to them initially. Now she plays full blast!! Lol! Kristina was very generous and gifted us a goodie bag with food, toys, a silicone water dish, bottle of water, a blanket and her collar. It came in handy on the way home, almost 3 hrs, and we were able to give her water and a few pieces of her kibble. If you have the opportunity to work with Kristina Barker with Barkers Curly Bears, you can rest assured that you and your pup are being taken very good care of. She will follow up with you and be available after the sale for any help or advice. It was a fantastic experience!
