Q. & A. with Lynn

  • Why did you start breeding?

A couple years ago a young male came available out of Champion Casyka's Guts BOB 4X and numerous agility titles. Though it is difficult to import to Hawaii, I brought him over from Hungary. He is a beautiful male, delightful temperament and excellent health and hips with breeding for conformation and agility. He was a perfect match for Oda with her obedience and scent work training. People began to ask for puppies after seeing the dogs work. My ultimate goal for my dogs and the breeding program is to raise and train AKC Versatile Companion Dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

My focus on beauty, temperament, and most of all versatility. Those are the characteristics that most appealed to me in the breed. My goal is to nurture and train companion dogs in a variety of activities.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include mahogany and black and fawn and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Lynn was the perfect breeder for us: knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly loves her dogs as much as we do. She kept us updated on events, using both texts and pictures. We felt as if we were there, from whelping day until receiving our puppy. She has been an invaluable source of information and advice, both on raising the new puppy and on incorporating him into life with our resident dog. If you are a fan of Tervurens and considering bringing one into your life, you could not do better than working with Lynn.
