I'm Jessica B., the breeder behind Bauman Great Danes located in Fargo, OH.
Q. & A. with Jessica
Why did you start breeding?
My husband grew up with an older sister who bred Pit bulls and he always loved it, but he had a Dane in his young 20s and loved the breed so it was more his passion. But then as soon as I saw a Dane puppy I was head over heels and haven’t turned back! Haha I love all the connections we have made with our puppy families.
What makes your program special?
We put our whole heart into our babies, they are snuggled, kissed and loved on from the minute they are born till the minute they leave us. They are socialized with kiddos, adults, our big Danes, kitty, and family/friends.
We use the vacuum, make loud noises, loud music and of course loud kids haha
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn, harlequin, merle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
