I'm Clairessa S., the breeder behind Beachside Kennels located in Florida. We offer well-rounded, healthy, high-drive Great Dane puppies who will excel in any adventure with their new family! Our dogs are intelligent, loving, and athletic, and they produce puppies who will thrive in an active lifestyle. We're passionate about these dogs and are careful to breed and raise our pups with only the best policies. All puppies leave us after 8 weeks of age, with a FL state health certificate, clear fecal and microchipped. No money will be exchanged for purchase of puppy prior to puppy getting health certificate.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Clairessa was a delight! She is a no pressure breeder who is confident in the quality of her Great Danes. She was not only helpful, but patient as I gathered all my information together. I would recommend her for anyone serious about getting the right Great Dane for the family. Not only are the puppies beautiful and healthy, she also starts them potty training at 4-6 weeks. +4Great experience from the start! Video called us so we could see our boy biscuit. Walked us through everything each step of the way. Sent numerous photos to update us on our big guy while we were waiting for him to be ready to come to his new home! Calmed our nerves when we were nervous , due to previous bad experience with another breeder. Clarissa has been absolutely amazing! Even met us to get our boy so we didnt have to drive 4 hours to her. Mr. Biscuit is everything we hoped for and more. When she says your family for life and to call anytime she means it!
