I'm Shannon G., the breeder behind Beagles on the Run located in Brownsville, OR. All of my dogs are loved as family members; I cherish my puppies from birth up until they leave my arms to snuggle into yours! My love for Beagles pushed me to begin breeding. I love to see the results of my efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that I'm able to share with others.

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up with Beagles as my Dad and his friends used to hunt rabbits with them. We had a few litters and I just remember that sweet puppy breath smell. I have always loved the breed, and after I retired from the military I decided that this is a great way to spend my days, doing what I love.What makes your program special?
I raise all of our puppies in home with lots of socialization and constant contact, DNA testing is done on all breeding pairs. I pride myself in the quality of care and love put into every puppy; I also mentor anyone interested in breeding as well as collaborate with many other beagle breeders. All of our dogs are AKC registered and have been genetically tested through EmbarkVet.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include 13-inch and 15-inch sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red black and white, brown white and tan, black red and white, black tan and redtick, black tan and bluetick, lemon and white, lemon, and black fawn and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"The price includes the guarantee, AKC registration paperwork, first round of vaccinations, deworming, puppy socialization, scent blanket with littermate and family smells, puppy food sample, and more. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future litter or different puppy depending on availability."

Maggie is very pretty small sized bluetick beagle and an amazing mama. This is probably her last litter as she will be retiring soon. She came to us a few years ago from KY. A little shy to strangers but actively engages and plays with her pups.
