Meet the breeder

I'm Blythe D., the breeder behind Beards of Glory located in Dunlap, TN. We're new breeders starting a small program. We hope to help provide families with quality puppies as we continue to learn & grow! When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families.

Q. & A. with Blythe

  • Why did you start breeding?

Growing up with Miniature Schnauzers as beloved pets instilled in me a deep appreciation for the breed. Their playful personalities and loyal companionship made a lasting impression on me. Even after leaving home, I always made it a point to have a Miniature Schnauzer by my side. After years of enjoying their company, I decided to take my passion a step further and began breeding them. For the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to responsibly breeding Miniature Schnauzers, ensuring that each puppy reflects the wonderful traits that drew me to the breed in the first place.
  • What makes your program special?

My breeding program stands out because I prioritize the selection of Miniature Schnauzers with spunky and loving personalities. I carefully choose each breeding pair based on their temperament, ensuring that all puppies inherit the playful, affectionate traits that make this breed so special. My commitment to responsible breeding practices means that I focus not only on health and conformation but also on nurturing the delightful characteristics that make Miniature Schnauzers wonderful companions. By fostering a loving environment and socializing my puppies from an early age, I strive to produce well-adjusted dogs that bring joy to their forever families.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Miniature Schnauzer puppies include white, salt and pepper, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

I highly recommend this breeder. Not only the puppy is healthy, she is partially potty trained. She already barks at the door when somebody’s there. We are amazed. I give her 10 stars. Thank you so much for giving us Bella.
