I'm Matthew S., the breeder behind Beartown Doodles located in Narvon, PA. Our dogs are very well cared . We strive for the best quality when pairing the adults and all the adults are carefully picked to fit our program. In our 5+ years of breeding Bernedoodles we have learned so much and have fallen in love with the breed. We love providing lifelong happy companions!

Why did you start breeding?
My parents had golden retrievers and raised puppies for some of my life. I grew up doing the chores, cleaning pens, feeding, and taking care of the puppies etc. so it was something that I was raised in and became very passionate about as I got older. In 2019 I purchased my first bernedoodle and immediately fell in love with the breed. I love their family friendly, ultra loving personality!What makes your program special?
Our dogs live in a clean , climate controlled facility that is cleaned/ sanitized daily and has AC/ heat ,and access to fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play.They are well cared and we invest lots back into nutrition and their well-being. Our adults are all genetic health tested and we strive for the best quality when pairing them and each one is carefully picked to fit our program.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, tri-color, phantom, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Deposit is the same price for all puppies but total purchase price may vary by color, size, markings, coat testing etc.”

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
